To use, attach the cup to the centre of your breast. Then simply peel the adhesive from the lift-up panel, lift into place, and securely smooth for a flawless fit. To ensure reliable support, don't forget to rub the adhesive clear panel for at least one minute to heat activate the glue and create a secure bond.

Size Guide
One size is suitable for 8-10 (D-DD-E), 12-14 (C-D-DD), 16-18(B-C-D)
*Sizing Note: The cup sizes in this product are to be used as a guide but individual body shape, size and preference should also be taken into consideration. If you require greater vertical lift or have a heavier chest you may prefer to add booby tape or the B Free breast and body adhesive lifts for more security. If you have had a surgical breast lift you may find this product suitable even if you are significantly larger than the recommended sizing.

How to Wear:Position the cup to the middle of the breast and press firmly. Afterwards, take the transparent lift tabs andlift upwards until you achieve the desired lift. Press firmly to help adhesive stick.
Care Instructions:Wash with lukewarm water and mildsoap after each wear to retain the stickiness of the adhesive. Line dry and then cover withoriginal plastic film the bra comes with, or otherwise a thick clean plastic bag.
